We are proud to be selected to build e.l.f. Cosmetics Headquarters in Oakland, CA. The 28,000 sf office space will consist of executive boardrooms, large break room including wine bar, snack bar, coffee station and much more. The design highlights the e.l.f. brand and identity within the custom drywall, millwork and graphics.

Partnering with Jamestown and the Levi Plaza team; upgrading multiple floors at 1160 Battery East and West buildings. With prominent tenants it is crucial to continue upgrading their assets with three lobbies, restrooms and corridor upgrades. The projects are scheduled to be completed Q4 2024.

WCB was selected to build out Gursey Schnieder's new San Francisco office at 343 Sansome. The build included private offices through, custom banquette seating within their boardroom as well as their custom breakroom. The project also included a renovation for 343 Sansome's lobby, elevator lobby and restrooms.
